Earlier this year Iraq’s Minister of Defense, Dr. Saadoun Al-Dlaimi, sent notice to the Secretary of Defense authorizing the Government of Iraq Commitment Medal.  Here is an example of how we receive information and announcements on new military medals here at Medals of America.
